Repairs

Repairs – damaged computers can promptly be repaired at our in-house workshop, which is staffed by trained and experienced engineers – to deliver a fast and effective repair service for businesses’ computing needs.

From our initial discussions over the telephone, we aim to arrive on site with all the equipment and spares to get you going again as quickly as possible.  Initially, wherever possible, we try to resolve your problems over the telephone prior to a site visit. However, we can be on-site within four hours, if required.

Our engineers will quickly identify and resolve any problems with hardware or software.  90% of all problems with computers are software based.  Due to our vast knowledge and experience of PC software and operating systems we rapidly identify the solution.

Standard office hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.30 Friday.  However, we are happy to deal with your emergency requirements day or night – and to keep you working we can provide a loan PC whilst we are repairing your system.
