This carefully considered estimate is then revised with you during a free consulation with our most senior engineer - you may for example, decide that your business needs more or less support than suggested due to factors such as planned departmental expansion or reduction within your company.
A final number of IT support hours per year is then agreed upon, which then becomes your Prompt PC Peace of Mind Plan (a figure which is entirely dependent on you, though nearly 100% of our customers are more than happy to take on our advice).
With our help, you choose how to spend the time on your Plan: servicing, call-outs, consultancy or a mix of all.
The Peace of Mind Plan provides you with IT support at a significantly discounted hourly rate with added perks such as:

15 minutes free telephone support per day.
Preferential treatment - jump the queue ahead of other customers to have your IT needs met.
No short-notice and expensive call out charges.
Get service guaranteed within 24 hours from our skilled engineers.
Get remote support immediately as our trained engineers take-over your computer to resolve problems, even if it's hundreds of miles away!

Don't pay for your total agreed hours in one lump sum! This no-nonsense plan helps your business budget for the inevitable costs associated with IT use. Set up a standing order with Prompt PC and pay for the Peace of Mind Plan across 12 months. Unlike other IT companies, we offer this interest free.
If you do not use all of your agreed hours within a year, they can roll-over to the following year's plan, which you could decide to take out less hours on if you so wished. N.B. The majority of our customers find they are happy with the number of allocated hours - it is very rare that clients pay for more hours than they actually need.
If you find that you do run out of hours before the end of the contract, we will still carry out work at the discounted hourly rate and you will still be privy to all of the Peace of Mind Plan perks.
