Data Recovery

If you have the misfortune to accidentally lose data or format your hard drive, DVD or CD-ROM, zip or floppy disk - Prompt PC provides a data recovery service. We strongly recommend that you immediately turn your computer system off before destroying any chance of recovering the data.

We have even recovered data from hard drives that have been formatted and reinstalled with an operating system.

Provided the storage device is not severely damaged, we have software that can, non-destructively, retrieve data from it.

This service takes a considerable time to perform and requires it to be performed within our workshop. We can either collect from your premises or you may have it delivered directly to us.
