Prompt PC offers a fast and efficient service for getting your systems up and running again. From our initial discussions over the telephone, we aim to arrive on site with all the equipment and spares to get you going again as quickly as possible.

Initially, wherever possible, we try to resolve your problems over the telephone prior to a site visit.

We can be onsite within 4 hours, if required.

Our engineers will quickly identify and resolve any problems with hardware or software.

90% of all problems with computers are software based. Due to our vast knowledge and experience of PC software and operating systems we rapidly identify the solution.

Standard office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. However, we are happy to deal with your emergency requirements day or night.

To keep you working we can provide a loan PC, whilst we are repairing your system.
