Prompt PC is a family owned IT business based in Stoke on Trent. We have been in business for 8 years now and became a limited company in November 2002. We pride ourselves on offering a professional and friendly IT repair/maintenance/consultancy service to small and medium sized business. We have in excess of 300 customers through from Manchester to Birmingham.

We meet customer demand by utilising our fully equipped workshop for routine maintenance/repair of pcs, etc and sending out our fully experienced field engineers to deal with onsite demands.

Additionally, we have a full time web and database specialist, who is also extremely adept at solving hands-on IT problems.

Full time administrative staff ensure that customer calls are dealt with promptly and efficiently during office hours.

Our company mission statement is:

To always go the extra mile to ensure customer success and our own success will follow.

To achieve this, we make sure that, wherever possible, the same engineer supports a customer. In this way engineers can not only build a strong working relationship with the client, but also become familiar with the business as a whole. Therefore, they can recommend suitable products as required and additionally discourage clients from unnecessary purchasing of technology that would not prove profitable to their business needs. Additionally, if something goes wrong a customer can pick up the phone and speak directly to a person they know, who understands their business and its systems.

At Prompt PC we are not interested in quick, one-off sales, but in building quality long-term relationships with our customers. In this way customers come to see us as a company they can trust to recommend the best solutions for their business and, thus, we have committed, loyal, happy customers. Most of our business customers fit this bill and we have many who have been with us for several years and some since Prompt PC started up.
